In January of 2006, Deconstructing Dinner was launched as a Canadian-produced and
Canadian-focused medium of information designed for campus/community radio. Each week the program
hosts a wide spectrum of issues pertaining to our food supply, and sees them deconstructed, analyzed and discussed.
This web site has additionally been created as a comprehensive resource to further inform and
connect listeners, guests and anyone who eats!
Having been placed into the weekly schedules of 40 Canadian and 9 American radio stations, and it's globally accessible podcast
and web site, Deconstructing Dinner hung up the headphones on November 25, 2010 to take an indefinte break. However, this
wealth of information including 193 one hour episodes remains and your support for this work helps cover unpaid expenses from past years and supports Deconstructing Dinner
in its current and future forms.
